The subscription terms below apply to all subscriptions purchased from Shop-Amtrup.dk part of HH Trading Group. When you purchase a subscription or other goods/services, you also accept our general terms of trade.
Payment and renewal
Payment for subscription orders is reserved on your payment card on the delivery day and is deducted immediately after the order is sent. All subscriptions are automatically renewed, unless otherwise stated.
Changes to subscription or master data
As a subscription customer, you can make changes or cancel your subscription by contacting us.
Delivery
When you purchase a subscription, you choose your preferred delivery method from the available delivery methods. We reserve the right to send orders via other channels/carriers, provided that the delivery time, location and other conditions match the old delivery method.
Delivery date and frequency
We will always strive to deliver your orders at the agreed time. However, we reserve the right to postpone or expedite an order by a few days if logistical conditions make it advantageous. In these cases, we will strive to inform you in good time.
Right of withdrawal
When you purchase a subscription, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Termination
Subscriptions are always prepaid and run until they are terminated. Subscriptions can be terminated by contacting us via email or telephone. We reserve the right to terminate a subscription at any time.
Changes and reservations
Reservations are made for price changes, fees, sold-out items and changes to the subscription terms based on inflation, changes in external costs, changes in unit production costs, product and content changes, and amended legislation. If the price of your subscription changes, you will be advised in good time, with the possibility to terminate your subscription before the change takes effect.
